Sense Perception
Introduction
Sense perception is our primary way of interacting with the environment.
It has always been thought that there were five sense perceptions being: the visual, the auditory, the olfactory, the gustatory and the cutaneous sense. However, now it is believed that there are other senses such as heat, sense of pain, sense of movement, senses of hunger and thirst. Also, of all the ways of knowing, sense perception is the most basic. Sense perception is the strongest type of knowledge because it is the one we rely on the most in our daily lives. Therefore, it is important that we are able to trust our senses, but can we really? By Adrian L., Caroline B., Maria A., Tikhon A. and Rikke D. |
